Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning have extensive experience and knowledge in the supply and maintenance of all transport radiators and coolers. We have well equipped workshop facilities to take on any sized jobs.

Collectively, we have over 50 years experience repairing and overhauling radiators and coolers to suit passenger vehicles, motorcycles, earthmoving equipment, tractors and trucks including Kenworth, Freightliner, Western Star, Caterpillar, Volvo and Mack.
We will have your repair or replacement part back to you as soon as possible because we understand our clients need for minimal downtime. We can turn around most urgent jobs within 1-2 days subject to the need for new parts etc. Prior notification is preferred, and will assist us in providing faster delivery.
We also have the ability to make repairs to aluminium charge air coolers and oil coolers. If repairs are not possible we can supply new or have custom coolers made to suit.
No cooling problem is too big or too small. Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning has access to the largest range of radiator and charge air products in Australia. At Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning we can provide custom radiator cores to take care of those unusual jobs. We can manufacture tanks and side brackets for a variety of radiators and coolers from automotive to agricultural to transport applications.
If your engine works extra hard, upgrade your cooling performance with specialist products such as Ultra T, Ultra Seal, ADSHIELD shielded tube or even the new Leopard Core design which was initially developed for military applications. If you need high strength and long life corrosion protection, the new ADFUSE welded core will keep your radiator stronger for longer.

Radiators and Cores

At Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning we are proud to be able to offer off-the-shelf and made-to-order complete aluminium radiator assemblies. These units are designed and manufactured to ensure optimal performance, durability, appearance and ease of fitment.
We have on offer more than 130 catalogued units and if a particular vehicle is not listed, we can manufacture a performance aluminium radiator to suit - all we require is a sample or detailed drawing.

Our 3 most common aluminium radiator core thicknesses are 40mm, 56mm and 73mm.

Typical uses for these core configurations:-

  • 40mm is used for a large percentage of mid range performance 4 cyl applications including turbo.
  • 56mm can be used for high to extreme 4 cyl performance vehicles, 6 and 8 cyl vehicles up to approximately 500hp (street and circuit use)
  • 73mm core is typically used for extreme horsepower applications where maximum cooling is required.

Key features of Adrad's Aluminium Water Cores:-

  • Hemmed fin which doubles the thickness of the fin, adding strength to the face of the core for durability.
  • Dimple tube option available - the dimple in the tube helps to turbulate the water flow resulting in improved cooling.
  • Stepped cores are available in a number of configurations - stepped cores enable air to flow freely through the core due to the unique angled design.

Key features of Adrad's Aluminium Water Cores:-

  • Adrad's extruded Charge Air Core and Oil Cooler tube provides strength and performance for most applications. Oil Coolers can be used in applications up to 100psi.

Air Conditioning

Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning can repair and service all aspects of your air conditioning requirements - from automotive through to transport and earthmoving. We can supply new parts such as compressors, condensers, receiver driers, TX valves, evaporators or complete roof mount units. We can also provide for specialised needs including the manufacture of air conditioning lines.

Intercoolers / Charge Air Coolers

We provide a large range of new intercoolers / charge air coolers for on and off highway applications. Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning also offer a service to clean and repair intercoolers / charge air coolers where possible.

Heat Exchangers

Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning can supply and service tube and shell heat exchangers and plate heat exchangers. We can test, clean and service all heat exchangers and make repairs where possible.

Oil Coolers

Wagga Radiators & Car Air Conditioning can supply, service, repair, clean and test many types of oil coolers.

Wheel Alignment

With our 4 wheel computer alignment machine, we also provide wheel alignments for all cars, 4WD & commercials. We also supply & fit 4WD suspension kits, as well as shock absorber servicing.
